本机型为（单色）全自动丝印机,适用于圆柱形、方形、异型产品,印刷油墨可选用高温普通油墨,UV油墨和LED油墨.

采用高精密伺服转台或者分割器传动,全伺服控制系统,夹具伺服旋转，预定位与印刷位伺服数据控制，印刷不同形状的瓶子都不需要齿轮，可选用视觉定位系统和机械定位结构，印刷速度快质量稳定可靠,调试方便快捷。

设备由伺服曲面丝网印刷机加分割器旋转圆盘工作台，自动上下料机械手以及输送机构组成

Equipment overview:

The equipment is used for screen printing on the surface of cylindrical, square and special product shell. The working condition is fully automatic.

The equipment consists of servo curved screen printing press plus splitter rotary disc workbench, automatic feeding manipulator and conveying mechanism.

设备动作方式。工作原理：

1. 操作人员把产品放到输送带上。

2. 上料伺服机械手从进料输送带上抓取瓶子，放进夹具中对夹。

3. 丝印夹具采用前后全程对夹确保准确定位，丝印过程不晃动，不移位。

4. 转盘传动主要采用西班牙高思博(GOIZPER)高精密伺服转台，在精确分度同时，分配各个机构的运动时序，使机器更高效安全运行。

5. 丝网印刷过程丝印网板横向速度与瓶子圆周运动速度匹配，保证丝印图案无拉伸，与收缩。

6. 不同直径系列瓶子，直接输入参数。

7. 丝印工位前，由高压静电处尘进行表面处理，带吸尘系统，确保印刷品质的稳定，减小由灰尘带来的印刷瑕疵。

8. 丝印机构，印刀机构均由精密气缸驱动，确保印刷品质。

9. UV或者LED系统选配。

10.人工把产品放在上料输送带上，机械手把产品夹到治具中，转盘旋转，静电处理，火焰处理，自动印刷，UV或者LED，机械手把产品取放在下料输送带上,人工从输送带取走。

6. Different diameter series of bottles, direct input parameters.

7. Before the wire printing station, the surface treatment is made by the high-pressure electrostatic dust, with a vacuum absorption system, to ensure the stability of the printing quality, and to reduce the printing defects caused by the dust.

8. Silk printing mechanism and printing knife mechanism are driven by precision cylinders to ensure the printing quality.

9. The UV or LED system is optional.
